With offices in the United States and India, the Nonjustice Foundation (NJF) is a nonprofit organization that resolves conflicts, promotes peace, eliminates suffering and restores happiness to individuals, communities and nations through the teaching of nonjustice, which means "to abstain from the pursuit of justice."
The NJF is devoted to the study, instruction and practical application of the principles of nonjustice. The Foundation focuses its activities upon the development, use, promotion and expansion of The Nonjustice System as a viable, efficient and effective alternative to traditional justice systems. The Foundation also works to change the way law is practiced by encouraging the practice of nonjustice law by lawyers, judges and the justice system. To that end, the Nonjustice Foundation is calling for a National Legal Ceasefire on September 21 of each year and works to promote and uphold this ceasefire.
The NJF conducts its activities with the understanding that the pursuit of justice (revenge) by individuals, communities and nations is the cause of human suffering, not the cure, and that only by practicing nonjustice can anger, hatred and fear be quenched and peace, happiness and security be restored.
