THE ARRAIGNMENT - YOU ARE THE DEFENDANT
You are now the DEFENDANT in The Nonjustice System. You have been formally charged. Your role as the defendant is to enter your plea to the charge:
- Do you plead GUILTY and accept responsibility for committing these crimes, or do you plead INNOCENT and demand a trial?
- If you plead GUILTY, advance to Step 6.
- If you plead INNOCENT, continue on to Step 3.
